About the Founder

Danna Regala is the Founder and CEO of Wiseways VA. She brings an extensive background in customer service, business administration, and operations management, having successfully overseen various teams since 2010.

Her journey in the remote work industry began in 2016, when she started working as a virtual assistant supporting real estate professionals in the United States. Through firsthand experience, she recognized the value that skilled virtual support can bring to businesses, enhancing productivity, improving customer engagement, and enabling operational growth.
